The breakfast offered was tasty and satisfying. We met some pleasant Czechs while staying at this mountain location during Christmas. The hotel's location was key to fantastic outdoor activities, which we enjoyed.
Regrettably, none of the staff was able to speak English, so communication was virtually impossible. They failed to give basic information like discounts available at the cableway, which regretfully was right next door.

We had an amazing stay in a beautiful mountain setting with plenty of outdoor activities to do nearby, such as hiking and skiing. the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. We enjoyed meeting and chatting with fellow travelers, making our experience even more enjoyable. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a stunning view of the mountains.

We had a great time here. The hotel was clean, had good facilities, and easy parking. Transportation was easy to find around this city, and there were plenty of activities to do nearby. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the helpfulness of the staff. Other guests were friendly too!
Can’t think of anything. This hotel was perfect for our needs.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious! It was satisfying to start the day with such a great meal. the location was perfect too, with a ropeway so close by we could have easily missed it without realizing.
The staff didn't speak English very well, which made communication difficult. They didn't tell us about the discounts available or any nearby activities.
